When it comes to finance, the duties of trustees and executives are grounded in a wide range of statutes, standards and guidance. The Charity Commission requires UK charities like JHC to prepare accounts and a trustees’ annual report which are filed online available for all to see on the Charity Commission website.
Each year we submit an annual return to the Commission shortly after our financial year end. This gives up to date information about contacts, trustees, activities and the charity’s classification as well as basic financial details.
The annual return form enables the Commission to ensure that John Huntingdon Charity’s details on the register of charities are as complete and accurate as possible.
